Systematization Regional Workshop for Indigenous Peoples and Climate Finance
The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is the officially designated financial mechanism to operate under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) to finance mitigation and adaptation activities in developing countries.
The International Indigenous Peoples' Forum on Climate Change (IIPFCC) has been negotiating with the State Parties and with other multilateral organizations, to present indigenous peoples’ priorities and concerns in the UNFCCC.
